Manager of Quality and Customer Experience
Aaron’s belief that continuous improvement should be a never-ending objective at work and in life made him an ideal fit for the VisiMax team. He first joined the team as Lab Associate, but through his dedication to revising, maintaining and improving the company’s quality management system he was promoted to Quality Manager, then to Operations Manager, and now to Manager of Quality and Customer Experience. Aaron’s deep understanding of the process improvement that is necessary to optical coating success has made him a vital part of customer projects as well as overall organizational projects. His vision that great teamwork leads to great quality within any industry allows him to approach each project uniquely, ensuring positive outcomes. In his different roles with VisiMax, Aaron has utilized his skills to manage process improvement projects, lead internal audits, safety training and compliance, secure regulatory compliance, administer corrective/ preventive action, and respond to customer needs. Aaron is quality driven and process driven, but also data driven – all qualities that are needed in optical coating.
